Encrypted Email Communications

Our offices have recently started transitioning from using Zixmail to using sendinc for encrypted email communications. As a reminder, any email communication that includes patient information should be encrypted. If you do not have Zixmail or another product for sending encrypted messages, sendinc does offer a free version, as well as a corporate version which may be a good solution for your organization.

Sendinc ensures your messages are encrypted to the highest standards. There's no software required for you or your recipients, and you can use your existing email address. Most importantly - because Sendinc does not store encryption keys - only your recipients have the ability to decrypt your messages.

You can learn more about sendinc at https://www.sendinc.com.
