Requests for Overreads & Report Corrections

Need to a have another look taken at an exam? Our Quality Assurance Reporting Form can be used to request an Overread or to make us aware of any challenges you encountered in getting an exam read (such as transmission issues or a missed call back). Please fax the completed form to the Teleradiology office (or it can also be submitted electronically through the PRS website). We'll dig into the details of what happened and follow up.

For Report Correction Requests, please note the concern on the report (also including the name of the requester is helpful should the Radiologist have questions) and fax it back to the Teleradiology office. Our Teleradiology Manager, Stefani, oversees the corrections process and can be reached at the main line (308-865-2231) for questions about the process or specific requests.

Hodgeman County Health Center, a 12-bed Critical Access Hospital  in western Kansas, is accepting applications for a full-time Registered Radiologic Technologist (new grads are welcome to apply). This is a daytime shift, Monday-Friday position, with on-call after-hours (2 weekdays per week and every other weekend).
